Stuffed Parmesan Artichoke Hearts
Hors d’Oeuvre / Appetizer / Entree or Salad Topper. 2-Bite size. Chopped artichokes and a creamy parmesan cheese mix shaped ball, battered and lightly breaded then par-fried to a golden brown. Deep fry or bake – ready in less than 5 minutes. May be served butler style or from a chafing dish.
