Maple Bacon Chicken Skewers
Hors d’Oeuvre / Appetizer. Deliciously sweet and salty! A bite-sized, marinated piece of chicken breast glazed with maple syrup and wrapped in a pre-cooked slice of bacon with a hint of cracked black pepper, tied together with a wooden skewer. Bake and serve in about 10 minutes. Serve butler style or from a chafing dish as an hors d’oeuvre, or top a steak, chicken or salad with 2-3 pieces for that added “WOW” factor.
