Milton, Pearl, Martin and his wife, Helena, phase out of catering and seize on the opportunity to wholly manufacture frozen foods. The family purchases land in Spring Valley, NY, and builds a 20,000 square foot, USDA inspected factory to keep up with demand.
1960s-1970s
1980s
The 3rd generation finishes college, and siblings Rita and Roy follow in the family footsteps. The company, then known as Wilton Foods, is now a successful manufacturer of frozen individually pre-plated kosher meals. A new line of handmade hors d’oeuvres is developed and marketed through distributors on the East Coast of the US.
1990s
An additional 60 acres of property and a factory are opened in Goshen, NY. The current foodservice lines are sold nationally in every major city in the US.

2000s-Today
Decades of growth and success. The company has developed a strong distribution channel throughout the US. The facility is expanded to 60,000 square feet and is USDA, OU & SQF inspected and certified. New Gluten Free and vegetarian lines are introduced.
Future
A new building expansion is in the planning stages, doubling the size of the current facility to 120,000 square feet, just in time for the 4th generation of family entrepreneurs.
